What is Add-on Domain?

An add-on domain is a fully functional domain that can be created from within your control panel. Add-on domains allow you to control multiple domains from a single account. An add-on domain links a new domain name to a directory in your account, and then stores its files in that directory.  It is an additional registered domain that you can host in the same account as your primary domain. The only difference is that the files share the same control panel and server.

Steps to Allow Access in WHM for add-on Domains:

Step-1: First of Login to WHM with username and password.

Step-2: Next write down the list of account on the left hand side on the top bar and click on the list account.

Step-3: Next on the search bar write down the domain name that you want to add add-on domains.

Step-4: Next click on + icon on the left side of the domain which you entered the on search bar.

Step-5: Next click on Modify Account.

Step-6: Next scroll down and go to Resource limits and select the Max Add-on Domains write down the no of Add-on domains that you want to add.

Step-7: Next click on save button

 

Step-8: When you click on save button next window will appearance on the screen click on update the package option and then click on processed button.
